As CEO of Arbill, the leading provider of safety services, safety technology and safety products in the United States, Julie Copeland provides strategic direction, oversees the company's global manufacturing platform, evaluates emerging market opportunities and supervises all daily operations to ensure Arbill meets customer, financial and operating commitments.

Since taking over the role of CEO in 2005, under Julie's tutelage, Arbill's safety professionals are revolutionizing the way companies incorporate safety into their daily routines. Through Arbill's comprehensive safety offerings - comprising nearly 50 safety services and technology tools and more than 200,000 stocked safety products (including over 800 items manufactured under Arbill's highly-respected Truline brand), Arbill makes it easy for safety-conscious firms to provide their team members with the tools they need to create a culture of safety throughout their organization and reduce injuries, all while reducing the cost of incidents. 

Moreover, Julie speaks regularly to groups large and small on the benefits of creating a safe workplace. Consistent with her passion for helping companies protect their employees, Julie has fine-tuned Arbill's mission to assist companies to make sure every employee makes it home safely after every shift. Accordingly, today, nearly 400,000 workers throughout the country depend on Arbill to keep them safe.

Named as one of the Top 100 Innovative Leaders of 2015, by Real Leaders Magazine (inspiring better leaders for a better world), Julie is a Board Member of Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Association of Manufacturers. In addition, Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf, recently selected Julie to serve on the Pennsylvania Subcommittee for Inclusion and Certification. She is also an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and The Committee of 200 (C200).

Julie holds an M.B.A. from Temple University, Fox Business School, and a B.S. from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Communications.
